  • Larger Crowds: +$15 per additional guest over the initial 50 threshold.

The Horizon Bar — $1,650

All-Inclusive Full Liquor & Signature Cocktail Package

  • Included Service: Up to 50 guests for 4 hours of elite bar service.

  • What We Provide: A comprehensive, fully licensed liquor catering experience. This package includes a full-service open bar featuring spirits, 3 domestic/import beers, and 3 curated wine selections.

  • Premium Inclusions: Up to two custom signature cocktails tailored to your event, expanded premium mixers, styled fresh garnishes, 1 professional bartender, our sleek minimalist bar setup, full setup/breakdown, high-quality clear cups, ice, napkins, straws, and comprehensive liquor liability insurance coverage.

Customize Your Bar

Additional Bartender — $225

Add an additional professional bartender to keep lines short and service moving smoothly. Note: To maintain luxury service standards, events with 75 or more guests require a minimum of two bartenders.

Additional Service Hour — $300

Keep the celebration going! This flat hourly extension keeps your open bar fully operational for up to 50 guests. It includes an extra hour of professional bartending labor, continuous ice and disposable replenishment, and covers all additional alcohol inventory consumed during the extended time. (Must be arranged at least 14 days prior to the event).

Premium Beverage Upgrades

Want to elevate your menu? Upgrade your beer, wine, or spirit selections to premium brands, local craft brews, or rare specialty options. Pricing is calculated dynamically based on your custom selections and final guest count.

Good to Know Before You Book

Package pricing is based on up to 50 guests and the service time shown. Final pricing may vary based on guest count, event location, beverage selections, staffing requirements, and requested upgrades. Events with 75 or more guests require at least two bartenders. Beer, wine, and spirit selections are finalized during the planning process based on your package, preferences, availability, and event needs. Premium or specialty beverage selections may incur an additional charge. Travel outside our standard service area may also be subject to an additional fee.

Horizon Mobile Bars is fully licensed and insured. A customized proposal with final pricing will be provided before booking.
